Help on use of TSO RMM command

Hi Friends,
I received a requirement to use RMM as retrieve a list of datasets which are scratched and not available in DSLIST. These datasets do exist and can be seen in RMM.

I tired TSO RMM LISTDATASET '<DS-NAME>' however it gave a message

THE ENTRY IS NOT DEFINED TO DFSMSrmm.

Please guide me to any manuals on RMM or do suggest ways to use to resolve this error and use RMM
